Sayings Annoying People Use

There is that one person in your life you hate, and they use several aphorism to sound smart, but you hate them SO MUCH. (I am sorry I will come down.)

Disclaimer: I am not hating on the people who came up with the quote. I respect them.

Here are some aphorisms and famous quotes that are weird.

1) Action speaks louder that words.

I hate it when people I hate using this quote on me. 

Do you want me to set you on fire to show you how much I hate you? 

No? Then stop with ridiculous quote. 

2) Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me.

You know who says that kind of quote? That one flimsy and sensitive b**ch who thinks she is strong, but cries like a baby when you jokingly call her crazy or something. UGH!

3) God has a plan for you.

I know. And His plan is to send me to hell.

4) Nice guys finish last.

That is because "nice guy" makes a move lase. If you like someone tell them. Rejection is better that bottling up you feelings and seeing your bae pick someone else. At the end of the day your heart is going to be broken (wow I'm depressing, but this segways to my next saying).

5) Time heals all wounds.

That depends on the person. If you are a crybaby like me, this does not apply to you. Sorry!

6) Not offence/not to be racist (sexiest), but

 I know this is not an aphorism, but if someone starts their sentence with that , usually anything that follows "but" is going to be something  they are not intending to be (racist / sexist/ offensive). It's like saying "Not to hurt you, but... " *punches you* "I am not trying to hurt you." WTF!?

7) Don't judge a book by its cover.

Is it just me or do people think about how in the future books will not be 

8) You can be anything that you want to be.

I wish life worked like that, but it does not work like that. I want to be a unicorn. Then I will meet Superwoman and we will be happy for each other.

9) Age is just a number.

I bet you the person that says this is a young, smart person or old, dumb person. Age is important because it shows that some people limit them self from accomplishing something. 

10) With great power comes great responsibility.

Life does not give you great power and responsibility. You can have great weakness and great responsibility, for all that matters. People who use this are the same people that think talent is a gift and not something we learn, and they have fixed minded. AVOID THESE PEOPLE.
